Sale Policy

Returns: If you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days, we will issue you a refund or store credit (purchase price less shipping) after receiving your unused, returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Store credits will be issued by email within 48 hours of receipt of returned merchandise.

Exchanges: We will process exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your original unused items. If there is a difference in the price of the items for exchange, we will either refund or charge you for the difference, using the original payment method. The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

Defective Merchandise: Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. If an item is defective, we will gladly replace it at no charge. If merchandise is received broken, it will be replaced at no charge.

Note that many of our materials are fragile. Semi-precious stones may break if dropped. Organic seed and termite beads can be crushed if stepped on or not stored in their fabric bag, especially when traveling. Our guarantee does not cover breakage due to rough wear, droppage or inappropriate storage. If an item breaks after you have received it, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to determine whether the breakage is covered by our guarantee. If the breakage is not due to rough wear, droppage or inappropriate storage, it will be replaced, free of charge.
